Mr. Arthur Pugh, 81 of Centre, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the V.A. Hospital in Birmingham. Mr. Pugh was a native of Arkadelphia, AL .
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Valley View Baptist Church in Cullman with Rev. Michael Harris, Rev. Billie Gene Pugh and Rev. John Meador officiating. Burial will follow in the Adjoining Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. Perry Funeral Home Directing. www.perryfuneral.net.
Survivors include wife, Linda Jean Pugh of Centre; son, Arthur Anthony Pugh of Cullman; daughters, Judy (Roger) Melvin of Pinson and LaGina Pugh of Cedar Bluff; brothers, R.C. Pugh of Cullman, Grady (Coleen) Pugh of Dundee, Fl., Billy Gene (Pat) Pugh of Ft.Payne, Donald (Linda) Pugh of Gardendale and Charles (Patricia) Pugh; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Pugh was preceded in death by daughter, Patsy Morace, brothers & sisters, Elijah Pugh, Melvin Pugh, Cleo Pugh, Troy Pugh, David Pugh, Wanda Faye Pugh, Gertrude Moore, Irene Haney and Martha Hill.
Mr. Pugh was the son of the late James Rufus and Cora Angeline Hunt Pugh.
