Report: Lindale man had more than a gram of meth, scales

A Lindale man remained in jail Monday on $27,700 bond after officers found evidence of the use and sale of methamphetamine at his home, according to Floyd County Jail reports.


According to the report:


Phillip Keith McCollum, 38, of 320 Grove Ave. , had a plastic bag containing a gram of suspected methamphetamine, as well as another bag of the drug early Monday morning.


He also had digital scales, empty plastic bags, and a syringe and spoon with suspected meth residue.


McCollum is charged with felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession and use of drug-related objects.
