GDOL to help Home Depot hire workers in Cedartown on Wednesday

ATLANTA — The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Home Depot recruit more than 20 sales associates and cashiers for its store in Cedartown.

The recruitment will be held Wednesday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the GDOL’s Cedartown Career Center, 262 North Park Blvd. in Cedartown.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Since the company will train employees on the job, no experience is required. However, applicants who are bilingual in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.

The job title and number for the available positions are as follows: sales associate (8289093) and cashier (8289030).

Salaries range from $9 to $9.50 an hour.
