RCAC Photography Instructor Carla Redding of C. Redding Photography is introducing a free new group called “Photography Stop-In” at Rockmart Cultural Arts Center on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m.

Here’s the idea: Drop by and discuss photography in general, or get more information about the photography related classes offered at RCAC. (Photo Convo One and Adobe Lightroom 5) Guided by RCAC Photography Instructor Carla Redding. The discussions will be open topic, but all participants will be able to share photography information. Want to talk about your equipment? Be sure to bring it with you to the group meet! The best part about the group? It is free!

This new interest group is recommended for adults. However, any children under age 16 interested in attending must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. “Photography Stop-In” participants will meet in the RCAC Art Gallery, 316 N. Piedmont Ave., Bldg. 300, Rockmart.

When the Photo Convo One and Adobe Lightroom 5 classes resume, the “Stop-In” will be condensed to 30-minute sessions, and any photo classes will begin at 6:30 pm.

For a syllabus of each of the photography class to be sent to you, email rcac@rockmart-ga.gov with “photography” listed in the subject. Please include your name, address, phone number, and age.
