Kelsey Sierra Ely, 20, of Rome, was pronounced dead in the Emergency Room at Floyd Medical Center at 11:12 a.m., according to Floyd County Coroner Barry Henderson.He said Ely died as a result of injuries she received in the wreck.
Rome police Sgt. Joe Costolnick said another person was injured in the wreck. Police are still investigating the incident.

Two people have been injured and transported to the hospital after a wreck between a car and a tractor trailer truck on Cartersville Highway this morning.
As of 11:43 a.m. all eastbound lanes of Hwy. 411 are open and one westbound lane is open. Lanes were shut down for a period of time after a wreck involving a power pole near the intersection of the highway and Chulio Road.
The wreck was near Chulio Road and involved a a Coca-Cola truck and a small white car.
Police are at the scene and are shutting down inbound traffic on Hwy. 411 at the loop.
